Skill Building – Level One – 1 full day 

Learn how to utilize skills in triads and during your own personal process work at this experiential workshop. We will be practicing the skills we are learning so be prepared to do some of your own interpersonal growth while learning the skills taught.

Some of the things we will go over:
-Holding space for others
-How to block or release energy from others experience from your own body
-Taking care of yourself while helping others
-Active listening and validation
-Body language cues
-The importance of breath and eye contact
-Using sound to move energy
-Staying curious
-What to do when you feel stuck

Cost: $222 (optional half price if you are repeating this training)

Time: 10 AM-6:30 PM

Bring your own sack lunch and a snack to share with the group.  Bring a journal and pen to take notes.

Skill Building Advanced Level Two – 2 full days

We will be going over moving energy in the body using sound and role plays.

-Taking care of yourself while helping others
Learn how to help someone process:
-Dealing with the inner judge
-Standing at a crossroads or being confused with way to go on something.
-Parental trauma or issues.
-Resolving a conflict with another person present or past.
-Primal screaming and other sound release
-Cord cutting.
-Reclaiming parts of the self.
-How and when to use touch.
-What to do when you feel stuck.

Cost: $444 (optional half price if you are repeating this training).

$100 off if you also take Level 1 on Nov 19th and it is your first time attending.
