We have had a lot of requests for Heart of Now to offer online and in-person opportunities for growth and support. These times have been hard on a lot of people and connecting with each other more deeply is on a lot of peoples heart and mind.

We have decided to try and help remedy the situation by making Heart of Now available in-person and online. This also opens up the opportunity for those that do not live close by to participate in Heart of Now. Some of which may have been dreaming about it for many years and have been unable to travel. This also opens up the opportunity for your friends and family to easily take part. We know that being in person provides a much more diverse experience that can not be captured online,  however, if you are taking the online format we plan to alter this training to be used online. We hope that these alterations will deepen your connection with yourself and bring a deeper sense of self empowerment to your life.

Join our facilitator Krysty Keith for a Deep Dive interpersonal growth pod once a week for 6 weeks. You will meet with the same small group (6-12 people) each week to build trust and safety allowing us all to open up more deeply each week. We will spend time doing guided awareness and grounded meditation followed by triads. We will bring into awareness our physical, mental and emotional well-being. You will have the opportunity to dive deep within yourself to clear away stagnant energy or blocks that keep you from feeling more joy and having more clarity in your life. You will have the opportunity to be seen and heard in your authentic truth and learn ways of effectively communicating this to others.

If you are new to Heart of Now, there will be an in person Heart of Now Saturday, April 16th to give you the tools needed to take part in the groups process. This is a separate event you will need to sign up for under our intros tab. If these dates do not work for you please let us know.

The pods are mixed gendered. If you desire to have all men or all women in your triads we will try to accommodate you. In the future we are hoping to offer an all woman’s pod, all men’s pod, and a pod for those that are “healers” and “givers” in their life or job. If we are unable to fill a pod you will be offered a place in one of the other pods.
Space is limited so let us know ASAP if you want to join one of the pods!

If the dates and times don’t work for you but you want to join a pod please send us a message letting us know your availability and we will let you know when the next one is scheduled or try and work to create a time that you can attend.
